Your records,
not an estimate of them.

Reporting is only worth acting on if you know where each figure came from. BINK computes every number from your own payments, refunds, payouts and settlements, keeps currencies apart rather than blending them, and hands the result over in whatever format the person asking actually needs.

Provenance

Every figure has a source.

The most useful thing a reporting product can tell you is where a number came from and how it was grouped. These are the answers.

What you get

Numbers you can defend.

Reporting is read by people who will be asked to justify it. Everything here is built for that second conversation.

From your records

Every figure is computed from your own payments, refunds, payouts and settlements. Nothing is sampled, modelled or estimated on your behalf.

Currencies stay apart

Totals are reported per currency rather than blended into one number. A single figure across currencies is only meaningful if you hold one, and BINK does not pretend otherwise.

Dashboards that update

Payout and settlement events push to your dashboard over a tenant-isolated channel, so a figure changes when the underlying event happens rather than when someone refreshes.

Export that is usable

Comma-separated for a script, a spreadsheet for a finance team, a PDF for a document that has to be filed. The same data in the shape the recipient actually needs.

Cohorts and health

Retention measured from when an account first transacted, and operational health scored and rankable — questions about trend rather than about totals.

Isolated to you

Merchant reporting is scoped to your business on every path, and is a separate surface from the platform-wide view. Tenant isolation is enforced, not assumed.

Operational detail

How it behaves.

How figures are produced, what updates live, and which adjacent things this product deliberately is not.

Reporting is computed on request from your records and pushed live to open dashboards. BINK does not deliver scheduled reports by email, does not offer a data warehouse or BI connector, and does not apply predictive modelling to your figures.

How figures are produced
By querying your records when you ask, over a bounded window. There is no pre-aggregated warehouse standing between you and what actually happened.
Cross-currency totals
Reported separately by default. Where a combined figure is shown it is normalised through the rate in use, never by adding unlike units together.
Live updates
Dashboards receive pushed events over a websocket scoped to your business. That is live updating, not a streaming analytics engine, and the distinction is deliberate.
Scheduled reports
Reports are generated when requested or exported. BINK does not deliver scheduled reports by email today, and does not claim to.
Forecasting
Analytics reports what happened. Predictive modelling and machine-learning forecasting are not part of this product.
Access
Reporting and audit are separate permissions, so someone can be given visibility without being given the ability to change anything.
