Terms of Service.

You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter a contract in your country of residence, and able to pass the KYC checks our regulators require. Business accounts must complete KYB review before activation.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication. Notify us immediately at support@binkpay.net if you suspect unauthorised access.

Our fees are listed transparently on the Pricing page. We do not charge anything that isn't shown there. Material fee changes are emailed to you at least 30 days in advance.

You may not use BINKPAY to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any activity prohibited by applicable law. We monitor for and block activity that violates our acceptable-use policy.

We are not liable for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, your failure to keep credentials secure, or third-party rails (banks, networks) we depend on. Our total liability for any account-related claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You can close your account at any time by withdrawing the balance and emailing us. We may close or suspend an account if required by law, our regulators, or if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or AML breach. Where lawful, we will tell you why.

These terms are governed by Egyptian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Cairo Economic Court, except where consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction.

We update these terms when our service changes or regulations require. Material changes are emailed to you at least 30 days before they take effect.
