Summary

Lawful activity only

Accounts may not be used for unlawful payments, sanctioned parties or restricted industries.

Protect the platform

No scraping, load abuse, credential sharing or attempts to bypass controls.

Enforcement is proportionate

Most issues start with a warning; severe breaches end in immediate closure.

Purpose#

BINK operates regulated payment infrastructure. This Policy protects customers, partner institutions and the platform from misuse, and applies to every account, user and integration.

It forms part of the Terms & Conditions. Where a stricter product rule applies, that rule prevails.

Prohibited activity#

  • Money laundering, terrorist financing or sanctions evasion.
  • Fraud, including unauthorised transactions and identity misuse.
  • Payments connected to weapons, narcotics, or human exploitation.
  • Concealing the true source, destination or purpose of funds.
  • Opening or operating an account on behalf of an undisclosed party.

Warning

Breach of this section results in immediate suspension, reversal where possible, and reporting to the relevant authorities.

Security research is welcome through the coordinated disclosure programme described in the Security page.

Content and communications#

Payment references, account names and support messages must not contain abusive, deceptive or unlawful content. We may redact or withhold a reference that breaches this rule.

Enforcement#

  1. We investigate and, where lawful, notify you of the concern.
  2. Functionality may be limited while the review is open.
  3. We apply a proportionate outcome: warning, restriction, suspension or closure.
  4. Where required, we file a report with the relevant authority.

You may challenge an outcome through the complaints process in the Terms.

Reporting a breach#

Report suspected misuse from the support channel in the application. Reports are reviewed within one business day, and reporters are protected from retaliation.
