Collected EGP is designed to settle to a local bank account you link during onboarding, using the same Payouts API as everywhere else. This page covers the Egypt-specific banking context.
Not live yet
EGP settlement is not live. No Egyptian collection rail accepts real payments yet, so there is nothing to settle; when settlement launches, it will run through licensed partners.
Settlement banks
EGP payouts are designed to settle to accounts held at major Egyptian banks, such as Banque Misr, National Bank of Egypt (NBE), CIB, and Banque du Caire. These are settlement destinations — not payment rails a customer pays through; for how customers pay you, see Payment Rails.
One EGP balance, regardless of collection rail
Whether a payment comes in via Meeza, InstaPay, or Vodafone Cash, it is designed to settle into the same EGP wallet balance — see Wallets & Balances.
