Which currencies can I accept?

It depends on your account's region: Egypt accounts settle in EGP; Global accounts can settle in USD, AED, EUR, GBP, or SAR. See Environments for details.

How fast do payouts settle?

Your payout schedule (daily, weekly, or monthly) is configured during onboarding. Use the Payouts API for on-demand withdrawals between cycles.

Do I need to be PCI compliant?

Only the minimal SAQ A tier — card data is entered exclusively on our hosted checkout pages and never touches your servers.

Can I test without a live account?

Yes — every account gets a sandbox key pair (sk_test_…) immediately, before KYB verification completes.

What happens if a webhook delivery fails?

Failed deliveries retry with exponential backoff, then land in your webhook delivery log as DEAD for manual retry.

Can I accept crypto?

Crypto settlement is available for Global accounts only — it is not offered for Egypt-region accounts.
