Opening an account
Sign up with your phone number and email, then complete identity verification (KYC) — the required document depends on your region:
Egyptian National ID
Front and back photo of your National ID card.
Verification levels
| Level | Required | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Basic | Optional | Phone + email only. Lower limits, wallet-to-wallet only. |
| Verified | Required | ID document confirmed. Unlocks cards, bank transfers, and higher limits. |
| Enhanced | Optional | Additional proof of address / income for the highest limits. |
